VibratO is a new part of La Fausse Compagnie’s Stroh Project (based on a renaissance of the curious Stroh string and bell instruments). It’s a living installation, an audio, musical and human experience created through giving and encounters.

These five magnificent peddlers are musicians who explore encounters and cultivate living in the moment. They’re installing a Kiosque at the Grand Huit, a phenomenon, concert venue and place of curiosity. This modular installation can take three forms:

La Volière • During this moving concert, the Kiosque opens to the outside world and is transformed into a 360° stage. Draw near and be lulled by the sound of these unusual string and bell instruments.

Les Cabanes • This time, step inside the Kiosque and discover its living mechanics, with these musical-mechanical sideshows – perfect bubbles of poetic utopia.

Les Oiseaux • The five migratory musicians escape from the Kiosque… Join them on a gentle stroll, an improbable musical journey, guided by a desire for chance encounters along the streets and pathways.

The Kiosque is VibratO’s stage, and is also a freely accessible, interactive piece of street furniture. Come and make this place vibrate to the sound of your own music by connecting your player (smartphone, mp3, etc.)
