Thalia Zedek’s records have been making an impact for thirty years. However, she remains a relatively little known artist on the international rock scene, despite a musical style with broad appeal, full of big ideas and lively intelligence. This treasure has been kept hidden too well!

She returns to Rennes with her Thalia Zedek Band for an intimate concert in the Institut Franco-Américain auditorium where she will present her new album released last September, Fighting Season.

Insolent bravery and heartfelt anger come together in these nine compact and elegant songs. Thalia Zedek and her band (who have been with her for four years), together with some old hands like J. Mascis (Dinosaur Jr) and Chris Brokaw, give us a combative record in which every note is political.
