“Boum, boum, boum, c’est passé de toi à moi” (Boom, from me to you) What do we pass onto a child? A heartbeat to start. And then what? A cooking recipe, a few dance moves?
In this new song and dance show, Julie Bonnie explores intergenerational transmission. Thanks to her mischievous pen, she brings to life a world filled with eccentric, funny and touching characters. Tata Lala prepares her Chouliloula, Gertrude, the first cousin, dances along to Trois petits pas, and one song spits out a stream of funny words and silly French phrases, creating warm moments with which both young and old alike can happily identify.
This is a family story written with her daughter, dancer and choreographer Justin Richard, and her long-time accomplice, musician Stan Grimbert.
The whole family will love it!
