Les Gordon is screening five animated short films, entirely reworked with his musical blend of electronic sounds and guitar and keyboard samples. True to his musical style, he imagines light-hearted, heady and subtly rhythmic melodies which blend classical influences and Japanese-inspired sounds, demonstrating his expert sampling abilities. The end result forms an elegant soundtrack for a moment of escapism, in perfect harmony with the films.

The films tell the story of winter turning into summer, the encounter between two cosmonauts lost in space, the adventure of a young girl running a marathon with a difference in a cold and mountainous region, the hilarious everyday lives of people living in a constant storm, and someone with the important task of waking up the sun each morning.
