Un Dimanche Aérien (“Kite Sunday”) is a Sunday celebration of kites. Discover the work of Rennes-based kite designer Victor Guerithault, founder of KiteLab and creator of an innovative assembly system that he uses to build monumental flying structures.

This Sunday will include various workshops throughout the day for you to try your hand at kite-making. Participants of all ages will have the chance to build their own kites and fly them together, filling the sky with colour. Brittany-based teams Sarpant pevar and FFBC8 will also be presenting their kites, and Xtrêm’vent will be hosting a pop-up shop at the La Bellangerais stadium.

All afternoon, simple and complex kites of all shapes, sizes and colours will whisk Rennes residents off into a magical and playful world.
